How BrandName works

Drotaverine is an antispasmodic medicine that relaxes smooth muscles in organs such as the stomach, intestines, uterus, and urinary tract, helping reduce cramps and spasms. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that blocks chemicals responsible for pain and inflammation. Together, they help reduce crampy pain, swelling, stiffness, and muscle spasms.

Allergy/Hypersentivity

If you are allergic to BrandName, avoid using this medicine because it may cause serious allergic reactions like rash, swelling, itching, or breathing difficulty.

Stomach Ulcer or Bleeding

Use this medicine carefully if you have a history of stomach ulcers or bleeding because Aceclofenac may worsen these conditions.

Liver disease

Intake routine/cycle

Missed Dose

If you forget to take your medicine, take the medication as soon as you remember. If it’s nearly time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue with your regular schedule. Always consult the doctor before making any changes to your dosage.

Overdose

It is not recommended to take this combination more than the prescribed dose by doctor, as it may cause severe overdose symptoms like nausea, vomiting, headache, tremors, restlessness, and rapid heartbeat.
