Missed Dose

Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3)

The recommended daily requirement is about 16 mg per day for adult men and 14 mg per day for adult womenPregnant women require around 18 mg per day and breastfeeding women around 17 mg per day. In children, it ranges from about 6–16 mg per day depending on age.

Folic Acid (Vitamin B9)

The recommended daily requirement is about 400 mcg per day for adult men and womenPregnant women require around 600 mcg per day and breastfeeding women around 500 mcg per day. In children, it ranges from about 150–400 mcg per day depending on age.

Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12)

The recommended daily requirement is about 2.4 mcg per day for adult men and womenPregnant women require around 2.6 mcg per day and breastfeeding women around 2.8 mcg per day. In children, it ranges from about 0.9–2.4 mcg per day depending on age.

Folic Acid

Folic acid is found in leafy green vegetables, citrus fruits, beans, peas, nuts, and fortified grains. 

Nicotinamide

Nicotinamide is found in meat, fish, poultry, peanuts, whole grains, and fortified cereals.

Cyanocobalamin

 Cyanocobalamin is found in animal products like milk, eggs, meat, fish, and fortified foods.
