BrandName tablet is used to treat migraine, menstrual cramps, and muscle and joint pains. BrandName tablet consist of naproxen and domperidone, where naproxen works by reducing pain and inflammation by blocking pain causing chemicals (prostaglandins), and domperidone (a prokinetic anti-nausea drug) prevents and reduces uneasiness by improving stomach movement and blocking dopamine signals. Common side effects of BrandName include stomach pain, dizziness, diarrhea, dry mouth, and drowsiness. Taking this medicine along with alcohol and caffeine can worsen stomach irritation and side effects. People with ulcers, severe liver/kidney disease, or, heart rhythm problems should avoid it. Taking more than 1000 mg of naproxen + domperidone can cause stomach bleeding, irregular heartbeat, confusion, and even collapse, making medical supervision essential.

Breastfeeding

Kidney and Liver Problems
