Vitamin D3 

The recommended daily intake of Vitamin D3 for children is 400–600 IU depending on age. Adult men and women require about 600 IU (15 mcg) per day. Adults above 70 years require 800 IU (20 mcg) daily. Pregnant and breastfeeding women require about 600 IU (15 mcg) per day.

Vitamin C 

The recommended daily intake of Vitamin C for children is 15–45 mg depending on age. Adult men require about 90 mg per day, while adult women require 75 mg per day. Pregnant women require 85 mg daily, and breastfeeding women require 120 mg per day. 

Copper 

The recommended daily intake of copper for children is approximately 340–700 mcg depending on age. Adult men and women require about 900 mcg per day. Pregnant women require 1,000 mcg (1 mg) daily, and breastfeeding women require 1,300 mcg (1.3 mg) per day. 

Selenium 

The recommended daily intake of Selenium for children is 20–40 mcg depending on age. Adult men and women require about 55 mcg per day. Pregnant women require 60 mcg daily, and breastfeeding women require 70 mcg per day.

Chromium 

The recommended daily intake of Chromium for children is 11–25 mcg depending on age. Adult men require about 35 mcg per day, while adult women require 25 mcg per day. Pregnant women require 30 mcg daily, and breastfeeding women require 45 mcg per day.

Zinc 

The recommended daily intake of zinc for children is 2–8 mg depending on age. Adult men require about 11 mg per day, while adult women require 8 mg per dayPregnant women require 11 mg daily, and breastfeeding women require 12 mg per day.

Natural Source of BrandName

Glucosamine 

Glucosamine is naturally found in shellfish shells such as shrimp, crab, and lobster. Small amounts are also present in animal cartilage, but it is not commonly obtained through regular foods. 

Chondroitin 

Chondroitin is naturally found in animal cartilage, including chicken, beef, pork, and fish. It is usually obtained through dietary supplements.

Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM)
