How BrandName works 

The Aluminum hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide in this medicine neutralize excess acid in the stomach, providing relief from acidity, heartburn, and indigestion. Activated dimethicone helps break up gas bubbles in the stomach and intestines, making it easier for gas to pass and reduce bloating, fullness, and discomfort.

There are no major food restrictions. Taking this supplement with meals, especially those containing healthy fats, may improve the absorption of CoQ10, Lycopene, EPA, and DHA. 

Intake routine/cycle

Daily dose

Take this medicine exactly as your doctor recommends. The dose may change based on your condition and how well you respond. Do not take more than prescribed without consulting your doctor.

Missed Dose

If you forget to take your medicine, take the medication as soon as you remember. If it’s nearly time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue with your regular schedule. Always consult the doctor before making any changes to your dosage.

Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA)

Selenium 

The recommended daily intake of selenium for children is approximately 20–40 mcg depending on age. Adult men and women require about 55 mcg per day. Pregnant women require 60 mcg daily, while breastfeeding women require 70 mcg per day.

Omega-3 Fatty Acids (EPA + DHA)

There are no official RDA for EPA and DHA. Most healthy adults are advised to consume 250–500 mg of combined EPA and DHA daily for general heart health. Higher amounts may be recommended by a doctor for certain medical conditions.
