BrandName tablet is used to treat erectile dysfunction (difficulty getting or maintaining an erection) and premature ejaculation (early ejaculation) in adult men. This medicine consists of active ingredients such as sildenafil and dapoxetine, where sildenafil works by increasing blood flow to the penis, helping achieve and maintain an erection during sexual stimulation and dapoxetine works by increasing serotonin levels in the brain, which helps delay ejaculation and improve control over ejaculation.
