Allergy/Hypersensitivity

Pregnancy

Thiocolchicoside may harm the fetus and affect fertility. Aceclofenac may also pose risks during pregnancy. Do not take this medicine if you are pregnant, planning to conceive, or breastfeeding.

Liver disease

This combination may increase liver enzyme levels and worsen existing liver conditions. Avoid this medicine if you have liver disease or abnormal liver function. 

Kidney Disease

Taking this medicine can reduce blood flow to your kidneys and worsen kidney function. Do not use it if you have kidney disease or a history of kidney damage. 

Seizures or Epilepsy

Thiocolchicoside may increase the risk of seizures. Do not use this medicine if you have epilepsy or a history of seizures. 

Stomach Ulcers or Bleeding

This medicine can irritate your stomach lining and may worsen ulcers or cause internal bleeding. Do not take this medication if you have a history of stomach ulcers, bleeding, or severe acid reflux. 

Heart Conditions

This medicine may increase the risk of heart attack or stroke, especially with long-term use. Avoid it if you have heart problems, high blood pressure, or poor circulation.

Intake routine/cycle

Daily dose

Take BrandName exactly as your doctor recommends. The dose may change based on your condition and how well you respond. Do not take more than prescribed without consulting your doctor. 

Missed Dose

Overdose

Seek immediate medical attention if any of these symptoms occur.
