How BrandName works 

BrandName is a medicine that helps reduce swelling and pain. It works by blocking a protein COX-2, which lowers the amount of chemicals like PGE2, IL-1β, and TNF- these are things in your body that cause pain and swelling. It also stops certain white blood cells (called neutrophils) from sticking to blood vessels, which helps reduce more damage. Plus, it helps protect the soft tissue in your joints (called cartilage) by helping make something called glycosaminoglycan, which keeps your joints healthy. A part of this medicine, called 4′-hydroxyaceclofenac, also helps protect the cartilage by lowering harmful enzymes and keeping special cells called chondrocytes safe.
