How BrandName works 

BrandName works by blocking the enzyme 5‑alpha reductase, which normally converts testosterone into dihydrotestosterone (DHT), a hormone that enlarges the prostate gland and also causes hair loss. This suppression of the enzyme shrinks enlarged prostates, improves urinary flow, and slows male‑pattern baldness progression.
