Milk of magnesia is an osmotic laxative that draws water into the intestines, softening the stool and making it easier to pass. Sodium picosulphate is a stimulant laxative that activates the nerves in the colon, increasing bowel movements by enhancing muscle contractions. This triple-action formula helps in effective and gentle relief from constipation.

Allergy/Hypersensitivity

If you have previously had an allergy to this medicine, inform your doctor. 

Pregnancy

This combination is generally not recommended during pregnancy unless clearly advised by a doctor, as stimulant laxatives may trigger labor pains. Aceclofenac may also pose risks during pregnancy. Do not take this medicine if you are pregnant, planning to conceive, or breastfeeding.

Electrolyte imbalance

Long-term use or overdose may lead to loss of important electrolytes (like sodium and potassium), causing weakness or dehydration. Hence this medication should use with caution. Tell your doctor before treatment.  

Dehydration
