This medicine contains the following ingredients calcium carbonate 650 mg + magnesium hydroxide 180 mg + zinc gluconate 14 mg + cholecalciferol 200 iu / 5 ml. Calcium carbonate provides calcium required for strong bones and teeth. Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3) helps the body absorb calcium efficiently from the intestine and supports bone mineralization. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle contraction, nerve function, and bone health. Zinc supports bone formation, tissue repair, growth, and immune function. Together, these nutrients improve bone strength, muscle function, and overall health.

Avoid taking Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, Vitamin D3 200 iu 5 ml Syrup with the following medicines, as it may increase or decrease the desired effect, or in worse cases, it could be fatal:

Avoid taking this syrup together with tea, coffee, spinach, bran, excess fiber, and foods rich in phytates or oxalates, as they may reduce calcium and zinc absorption. Take it after meals with water for better absorption and improved tolerance.

Daily dose

Take Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, Vitamin D3 200 iu 5 ml Syrup exactly as your doctor recommends. The dose may change based on your condition and how well you respond. Do not take more than prescribed without consulting your doctor.

Missed Dose

Calcium

The recommended daily intake of calcium varies with age. Infants need 200–260 mg/daychildren require 700–1,300 mg/day depending on age, adults (19–50 years) need 1,000 mg/day, while women aged 51 years and above and all adults over 70 years require 1,200 mg/dayPregnant and breastfeeding women generally need 1,000 mg/day, while pregnant adolescents require 1,300 mg/day.

Magnesium

Children require 80–240 mg/day depending on age. Adult men need 400–420 mg/day, while adult women require 310–320 mg/day. During pregnancy, the requirement increases to 350–360 mg/day, and breastfeeding women need 310–320 mg/day.

Zinc

Children require 3–8 mg/day depending on age. Adult men need 11 mg/day, while adult women require 8 mg/day. The daily requirement increases to 11 mg/day during pregnancy and 12 mg/day during breastfeeding.

Vitamin D

Infants require 400 IU/day, while children and adults up to 70 years need 600 IU/dayAdults above 70 years require 800 IU/day, and pregnant and breastfeeding women need 600 IU/day.
