This medicine contains Aluminum Hydroxide 250 mg + Magnesium Hydroxide 250 mg + Activated Dimethicone 50 mg and is used to relieve acidity, heartburn, indigestion, gas, bloating, and stomach discomfort caused by excess stomach acid.
