BrandName is a nutritional supplement. Avoid taking BrandName with the following medicines, as it may increase or decrease the desired effect, or in worse cases, it could be fatal:

Avoid taking this medicine along with high-fiber meals, excessive caffeine, or large amounts of foods rich in oxalates and phytates (such as spinach and bran) at the same time, as they may reduce calcium absorption. 

Intake routine/cycle

Daily dose

Take BrandName exactly as your doctor recommends. The dose may change based on your condition and how well you respond. Do not take more than prescribed without consulting your doctor.

Missed Dose

If you forget to take your medicine, take the medication as soon as you remember. If it’s nearly time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue with your regular schedule. Always consult the doctor before making any changes to your dosage.

Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA)

Calcium

The recommended daily requirement of calcium in adults aged 19–50 years is about 1,000 mg/dayWomen above 50 years and men above 70 years require around 1,200/per day.

Vitamin D3

The recommended daily requirement of vitamin D in adults is about 600 IU (15 mcg)/dayAdults above 70 years require around 800 IU (20 mcg)/day

Folic Acid

 The recommended daily requirement of folic acid in adults is about 400 mcg/day. During pregnancy, it increases to around 600 mcg/day.

Natural Source of BrandName

Calcium

Calcium is found in milk, yogurt, cheese, ragi, sesame seeds, almonds, tofu, and green leafy vegetables.

Vitamin D

Vitamin D is obtained through sunlight exposure and is found in fatty fish, egg yolk, fortified milk, and fortified cereals.

Folic Acid

Folic acid is found in leafy green vegetables, citrus fruits, beans, peas, nuts, and fortified grains.
